When viewing videos with multi-language tracks, it would be good to select a default preference by specifying a language code/country or similar (eg. en, en_GB, English - not sure what video files use as their naming scheme). Sometimes the track order does not place English first so you get the non-English track by default and have to change it with the video context menu.
