Wrong menu entry on program -> plugins

Description

If you go to programs->plugins and press white button the menu appears.
On this menu we get at first point "Update trainer list". I don't think that is wanted
and when using Addons4Xbox it is annoying because it has nothing to do with program plugins.
Would be nice if this only appears on games section.

btw: @buzz could you pls activate my transifex account for german? There are some things have to be changed for 3.5

That context menu has always been available everywhere in programs. Pretty minor annoyance really. If I have a chance I'll fix it, but we this is not any major issue.

regarding transifex, I assigned someone else a manager of the German translations, so they should be able to handle that (so I don't have to).
