Apologies, first time submitting a ticket.

Multiple TV Show folders listed in File Manager.

If a TV Show folder is set to "Exclude" in Set Content, Movies menu the folder is still scanned if scan at startup option is selected.

This seems more common if .nfo files are used with the TV Show as a thought is that /nfo file may still want/need to download some information from imdb etc.

Would it not be better if the TV Show folder which was set to excluded be completely skipped at xbmc startup to increase the scan time speed?
