Description
I saw if I sort movies by rating that those having the same rating often are sorted
random and not by amount of people who rated.
For example
1) movie1: rated 7.5 (1000 rates)
2) movie2: rated 7.5 (350.000 rates)
Here movie2 should be listed before movie1 because it has much more ratings.
