XBMC 3.5 "hang-on" without DVD Drive

Description
includes :
XBOX 1.6a without DVD drive with patched M8 bios (NO DVD Check)
XBMC 3.5 final
no jumpers set on xbox DVD Drive power plug socket (opened/closed tray signals)
actions :
when I'm go to File Manger or System Info pages then XBMC "freeze" no buttons reactions at all, but I can still connect to xbox FTP server ...
bug possible ?
I'm beleive it's because missing DVD drive, when I plug PC DVD ROM drive to xbox, then XBMC work without problem ...

the system probably hangs when probing/trying to access the drive. I don't think you can just unplug the dvd drive on an XBOX - you need to fool it into thinking there is one present and it should work fine - I believe you need to jumper the connector. I'm not interested in doing anything about this even if it is possible - sorry. Get a replacement drive, or jumper the connector on mb.
