Description

Until now PAL16x9 and NTSC16x9 users who wanted a bigger font add to use the PAL/NTSC 16x9 fontset located in 720p folder and choose it.

By adding specific fonts in their respective folders users don't need to choose the fontset.
The proper font will be auto loaded based on the resolution used.

720p PAL/NTSC 16x9 font is now called Bigger.

Also included new build.bat to create the font folders.
