Description

Added XBlast LCD type to list of possible LCD interfaces.

Added toggleable feature in UI that allows LCD shutdown (clear screen and turn backlight to 0% as end result)

Sorry I did not separate those 2 in different patches but I kinda coded them along and they'd be pretty hard to separate.
