Description

Hi,

Following user requests, I would like to propose adding SVN Repo Installer to the build SVN repository and get it included in the build package.

I already got Nuka1195's agreement and I'm willing to replicate his changes in here whenever those are made available. I believe Exobuzz has already added me as a commiter here, but I have no intention (for now) to make other changes than maintaining this plugin and any other of my installer plugins that you guys decide should go into the build as well (XBMC Zone Installer, XBMC SVN Installer).

So I guess what is needed is a decision whether to go ahead with including SVN Repo Installer, decide a location in the repository (maybe /plugins/programs) and a change to the build scripts to pack up the new folder.
