Add XBMC SVN Installer to program plugins

Description
The simplest way to update to the latest build is by using Dan's XBMC SVN Installer. This gives users the option of copying their userdata or installing a fresh build and also allows them to test the new builds before making them the default dash. It would be nice to have this included within the builds, a lot of users appear to be unaware of this method and are still using ftp whilst running xbmc4xbox which we all know is not a good idea!
