Port confluence lite to xbmc4xbox

Description
confluence lite has already been started by xbs - making this ticket to make it easier to track things etc.
- Category set to User Interface
Confluence Lite skin for initial commit!!!
Only English language is updated with the new strings.
I'll update the Portuguese language soon.
It would be nice if other users could update their language string file.

your svn credentials I have already sent you can be used to committing to the main project so you can maintain the code on the svn. thanks very much for your work on this (as well as thanks to jezz_x and team xbmc)
one minor issue I have noticed, is that the skin references RecentlyAdded.py - I assume that was added before recentlyadded was in the core.
You're right, that's obsolete now.
