Description
When trying to play the rtsp:// streams from the Tou.tv addon xbmc displays the progress spinner forever and stays unresponsive to input devices and ftp access forced shutdown is required.
In the attached log we see " NOTICE: Creating Demuxer DEBUG: GetModuleHandleA('libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll') failed "
The results are the same when using " re.replace('_800.', '_500.') in the playback url to get the lowest quality/bitrate stream.

that message is unrelated. How long did you wait for a response ? It may well just be that this rtsp stream is unsupported by ffmpeg or for some reason it was stuck probing or something. Don't think there is much can be done right now about that. Might be worth trying on xbmc (from current version and older versions).
I let it sit for over 2 hours at one point, small progress spinner kept going forever, and yeah it works fine on mainbranch. Its on the repo marked as non working if you get a chance to try for yourself. not high priority but our french speaking friends will appreciate it.
Considering the recent chat about not having non working addons on our repo, please remove it and just send it to me for example. We don't need even more non working addons on the repository right now.

we have a newer ffmpeg on trunk, so it would be interesting to know if anything has improved with the nightly builds.
