but to briefly summarize it:

when my xbox does not have an internet connection, theres a long delay in the query of the hdd info (ie: temp etc) as well as the cpu speed. Their values will come up as 'busy' or 'unknown' for a few minutes before the proper values are finally displayed. After that, the values only show for a few moments before going back to 'busy' and repeating the whole cycle over and over. As soon as I give it an internet connection, this delay is gone and the values show up right away
