Description
Although currently can add auto-scrolling of containers by using the AlarmClock(name,Control.Move(foo),time,silent,loop);, it'd be better to have this as a built-in action for the container.

this patchset relies on a lot of previous work (at least without modifying the patch/reworking it a fair amount). Although I have done some of the stuff required for it, there is still more, and I do not want to do some potentially breaking changes this close to 3.5 final, so I will look into this again after the release.
